Artikel nr. 1229552 Dermolin antitranspiranten zijn gebaseerd op aluminiumzouten. Deze zouten vernauwen de zweetklieren, maar blijven op het huidoppervlak. Daardoor kunnen ze niet in de huid doordringen. Het antitranspirerende effect is dus veilig en effectief. De Dermolin antitranspirant roll-on bevat aluminiumchlorohydraat en heeft daardoor een goed antitranspirerend effect.
