Ambroxan, het enige hoofdbestanddeel van dit parfum. Ambroxan werd in de jaren 50 ontwikkeld als vervanging voor ambergris, dat te duur was voor algemeen gebruik in parfumcomposities. Ambroxan wordt meestal gebruikt als basisnoot, maar speelt een belangrijke rol in dit moleculaire parfum. Het komt ook van nature voor in planten zoals cistusroos, kruipende mirte en scharlei.
